FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of ultra-high frequencies (UHF) and can be applied as part of airborne radar systems with frequency scanning. Ultra-high frequencies antenna array contains an arc waveguide with transverse slots cut on its outer side. Length of the slots decreases according to a linear or other law, for example, exponentially, from the beginning of the waveguide to the end, while the width increases in contrast to an arithmetic progression, the condition is observed that the length of the last slit is greater than its width, and the area of the last slit is larger than the area of the first slit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the antenna scanning sector with high speed, reducing overall mass characteristics, as well as in the possibility of fully automated control of the antenna beam.
