SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method and installation for manufacturing a floor covering product, as well as a resulting product formed by a monolayer or multilayer substrate by consolidating a granular starting material based on synthetic material onto which at least one continuous film is laminated. In this case, the lamination of the film is carried out in line with the stage of formation of the substrate by means of a belt press, which is made in the form of an isobaric press.
EFFECT: floor covering products can be manufactured in an uninterrupted manner by serially linking the production stages with ensuring high-quality lamination of the film on a substrate.
