SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of non-metallic composite reinforcements, specifically to a production line for making composite reinforcement, forming unit providing for successive formation of rod, as well as to method for production of composite reinforcement. Forming assembly of process line for production of non-metallic reinforcement includes thread squeezing assembly. Forming assembly comprises at least two rows of draw plates arranged in series. Wherein every row of draw plates comprises, at least, one draw plate with bore to penetrate roving impregnated by binder. Number of draw plates for passage of roving threads in each next row of draw plates is less than number of draw plates in previous row of draw plates along direction of roving threads. Area of cross section of separate draw plates along the roving threads passage is increased or maintained. At least some of draw plates are equipped with heating elements.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability of the molding assembly and high strength of the manufactured reinforcement rod.
