FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of telescopic filling pipe for automated installations of clock filling (TFP AICF) and serves for filling oil and oil refining products, and also petrochemistry in rail tank cars and is used in oil refineries, petrochemistry, oil tank farms, and also in gas processing and gas chemistry. System of telescopic filling pipe for automated installations of clock filling includes frame 1, on which at least one telescopic filling pipe is installed, containing guide tube of telescope 2, inner filling pipe 3, which is telescope retractable part equipped with end locking plate 8 equipped with at least two O-rings, steam-collecting pipe 4 made with possibility to slide upper edge along telescope 2 guide tube, and lower inner surface with possibility of resting on end locking plate 8, wherein pipe 4 is equipped with nozzle for venting vapors 9 and a probe configured to control level of liquid filling into tank and fixed on lower surface of pipe 4, hydraulic drive cylinder of telescope 5 located inside and in upper part of guide tube 2 and equipped with rod of hydraulic drive cylinder of telescope 6, in which is mounted sensor of registration of telescopic filling pipe extension path and on lower part of which is fixed end locking plate 8, and mechanism for blocking spontaneous lowering of telescopic filling pipe, installed in upper part of cylinder of telescope 5; product supply union 7 into internal filling pipe 3 installed in upper part of pipe guide 2, and telescope of vapors removal 10, connected to nozzle of vapors discharge 9; and drip tray 13, installed on frame 1 with possibility of collecting product residues, digging from end stop plate 8.

EFFECT: technical results of the declared invention are as follows: improvement of safety indices in the field of technical safety, in operation of objects of explosion-fire hazardous production for zone 1 and zone 0, in the field of environmental safety and labour protection, and increased efficiency of AICF due to reduced number of stops and reduced time of production downtimes, reduced number of repairs, increased time between overhauls.
