SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The method for radionuclide diagnosis of prostate cancer includes the introduction of a radiopharmaceutical drug based on technetium-99m labeled maSSS-PEG2-RM26, which is prepared immediately before administration, for which 0.4 ml of sterile saline solution is added to a sterile vial with lyophilizate containing 10 micrograms of maSSS-PEG2-RM26, 5 mg of sodium salt of gluconic acid, 75 micrograms of tin chloride and 100 micrograms of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. Then, freshly eluted 99mTs-pertechnetate up to 900 MBq in 0.15-0.6 ml is added to the mixture. The volume of the solution is adjusted to 1 ml by adding a sterile saline solution. After that, the vial is incubated at 90°C for 60 minutes. After heating, the contents of the bottle are cooled at room temperature. Next, the drug is administered intravenously at a dose of 300-600 MBq. 2 hours after administration of the drug, single-photon emission computed tomography combined with computed tomography is performed. During the examination, the patient is placed on the gamma camera table in the “lying on his back” position with his arms thrown back behind his head, while the pelvis should fall into the field of view of the gamma camera detectors. When visualizing hyperfixation of 99mTc-RM26 in prostate tissue, more than twice exceeding the accumulation in the area located next to the prostate gland, a malignant tumor is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the availability, efficiency, accuracy and informativeness of the method.
