SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly to animal breeding. Method includes the sowing of Agropy-ron sibiricum, Agropyrum desertorum, Elymus junceus Fisch., Kochia prostrata (L.) Schrad. and grass mixtures thereof on flat areas and depressions with a satisfactory water regime. Soil treatment is carried out using flat plow cutting tools or slit to a depth of 35–40 cm with the introduction of 10–15 t/ha of manure and 2–3 c/ha of superphosphate with a width of strips on sandy and sandy loam soils of 10–12 m, on clay soils - 50–100 m with alternating treated bands with untreated, a seeding rate of 5–6 kg/ha of Agropyron and Kochia prostrata to a depth of 2–3.5 cm, with the introduction of an ordinary planting of Eurotia seedlings into the inter-strip spaces. Early spring fertilization of herbs with nitrogen fertilizers at a dose of 60–90 kg/ha ae and phosphate - 45–30 kg/ha a.v. is carried out. After the rooting of perennial grasses, after 3 years, the untreated strips are tinned, and the destruction of weeds is carried out by stabbing them in the phase of stalking and raking.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the productivity of degraded pastures when using a complex of agrotechnical and phytomeliorative measures.
