FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to implants used in medicine, and more specifically to subcutaneous implanted ports. A subcutaneous implanted port comprises triangular body 1 with rounded angles, inside which fluid reservoir 2 is installed, connected to nozzle 5 located on the side of body 1, silicone membrane 3 permeable to the needle, covering reservoir 2 and at least one suture hole 4. According to invention, membrane 3 is made in the form of truncated cone with taper angle from 10 to 20°, larger base of which is located on side of reservoir 2. Diameter of smaller base of membrane 3 is from 7 to 15 mm. Triangular case 1 has length from 19 to 38 mm, width of base from 15 to 30 mm, height – from 7 to 14 mm.
EFFECT: wider range of using a subcutaneously implanted port due to the possibility of its location in a hard-to-access area of the human body and higher reliability due to exclusion of extrusion of the membrane from the body of the port.
