SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the treatment of patients, including small animals, suffering from ureteral obstruction. The set for nephrovesicular shunting contains a connector, a nephrostomy catheter for installation in the renal pelvis, a cystostomy catheter for installation in the bladder, a port for medicinal product administration, sampling or flushing, a silicone tube for connecting the connector to the port, couplings for fixing the proximal ends of the nephrostomy catheter, cystostomy catheter and silicone tube on the connector outlets. The connector is made with the possibility of hydraulic connection between the port, nephrostomy and cystostomy catheters. In the longitudinal hole of the nephrostomy catheter there is a thread passing through the transverse holes made at its distal end, which is made folded. The proximal end of the nephrostomy catheter is made with two outlets, while the ends of the thread are passed through the membrane on the cover installed on one of the outlets and secured with a seal. The proximal end of the nephrostomy catheter is made with the possibility of cutting.

EFFECT: ensuring safe nephrostomy bypass by minimizing the probability of complications by reducing the risk of inflammation, the convenience of adjusting the position of the nephrostomy catheter inside the renal pelvis and improved fixation of the nephrostomy and cystostomy catheters in the patient's body.
