SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment. High-speed operational amplifier is proposed, comprising first (1) and second (2) input field-effect transistor, an inverting device input (3), third (4) and fourth (5) input field-effect transistor, non-inverting device input (6), first (7) current-stabilizing two-terminal device, first (8) power supply bus, second (9) current-stabilizing dipole, second (10) power supply bus, first (11) current mirror, buffer amplifier (12), first (13) correcting capacitor, second (14) current mirror, output of device (15). Between the combined sources of first (1) and fourth (5) input field-effect transistors and the combined sources of second (2) and third (4) input field-effect transistors, second (16) and third (17) correcting capacitors are series-connected, common node of which is connected to output of device (15) through additional resistor (18).

EFFECT: higher maximum rate of rise of output voltage and shorter time for establishment of transient process.
