SUBSTANCE: placed on the goods package body the goods promotional code data carrier contains detachably connected to each other scratch-card and protective film. On the facing the package body the scratch card inner side, the scratch card adhesive layer is applied, which is not detachable with respect to the package body material. Scratch-card is made of polyvinyl chloride film and has form of circle with the outline formed by plurality of directly conjugated to each other rhombi and a tab. At that, inside the circle the advertising information block is arranged, open for the scratch card number viewing, as well as the promo code, which is closed for viewing by the masking layer representing a portion of the limited by an outline plane, part of which is directly connected to the scratch card outline so, that said part represents the sawtooth line. Protective film is made of transparent material.
