FIELD: information carriers. SUBSTANCE: method involves the following stages: production of packet of elements for document from upper and lower transparent layers which are made from polymer material, substrate of opaque polymer material and layer which provide contour layer of substrate, production of information sheet which has window for owner's photo which size is equal to size of window in information sheet, putting information sheet onto substrate so that owner's photo is located in destination window for information sheet, binding upper and lower transparent layers, substrate and its contour layer along one side as integral whole, covering fine-grained Teflon deposit onto complete face side of information sheet, while complete inner surface of upper transparent layer is covered with protection background grid; the only area which is kept free is position for owner's photo. Then method for production of document involves covering inner surface of upper transparent layer with molecular surface layer which interacts with cover side of owner's photo to provide one-piece connection upon heat processing under pressure. Then method involves covering complete inner surface of upper transparent layer, except area covered with molecular coating for main database, with adhesion cover which provides non-detachable binding of document upon heat processing under pressure. Simultaneously face surface of information sheet for data of document owner is covered with set of code labels, characters and signs which describe document's category, its coverage and usage limits, volume of permission, issuing authority and automatic system used for production of this document and which database has registered and keeps record of this document. Back side of substrate which provides back information side of document contains reference information about legal categories of permission for use of these document and possible explication of data present on face side of document. In addition method involves deposition of protection luminescent labels on inner surfaces of upper and lower transparent layers and luminescent coating on surface of contour layer of its substrate. Information sheet is located on substrate so that window for owner's photo is positioned under region of inner surface of upper transparent layer with molecular surface coating. Finally assembled document is subjected to heat processing under pressure. Multilayer document consists of elements produced in course of method for its production.
