SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for chemical protection of plants. Pump-sprayer includes housing. Housing is made in the form of cylinder with open ends. Hollow rod is arranged in the housing. Cuff is fixed on the rod inner end. Pump-sprayer comprises suction valve and pressure valve. Suction valve is connected with hose and intake filtering unit. Pressure valve is located in the lower part of the hollow stock. Cuff on the rod is made of two cone-shaped parts. Parts of the cuff are directed in opposite directions and are connected by a narrow middle part. Narrow middle part is secured at hollow rod inner end. Extended upper part of the cuff is directed into inner part of the cylinder towards the outer end of the rod. Lower part is directed towards the lower end of the cylinder. Edges of extended upper and lower parts of cuff are made with collar. On the beads radial roundings are made. Cuff is fixed on the hollow stock by the third conical bead by means of the cap. Said cap has connecting and convex ends. Pressure valve is installed inside the cap.

EFFECT: ensuring cuff skewing and jamming; reduced hydraulic resistance of suction valve.
