FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electric machines bearings protection method against electric shock. Degreasing the bearing inner and outer races mating surfaces. To the rolling bearing outer and inner races degreased mating surfaces applying the protective coating with dielectric properties. Coating is applied by consisting of 97.5 % alumina and 2.5 % titanium dioxide powder material flame spraying. Each component particle size is the same and is on the average 15 · 10-6 m. Protective coating thickness is determined by the races diameter comparison after spraying and before spraying, wherein the diameters measuring are performed under normal climatic conditions.
EFFECT: thus, the protection method allows to produce the protective coating with the dielectric properties of the rolling bearing both the inner and outer races mating surfaces.
