FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for applying road marking elements. While the road marking material has not had time to harden, microglass balls are applied on the road marking layer. When moving the tape with holes through the container, microglass balls come from the loading device to the lower part of the tape with holes inside the container. Some micro glass balls fall into the holes and move relative to the base along with the bottom of the tape. With the passage of the lower part of the ribbon with microglass balls in the holes and on the surface through the outlet with a scraper, those microglass balls, that are completely located in the holes of the tape, freely pass through the hole and then move along the base along with the lower part of the tape. Microglasses, that are located on the surface of the lower part of the tape or partially located in the holes, when passing on the tape through the outlet, they rest against the scraper and cannot leave the container. After exiting the tank, the lower part of the ribbon with microglass balls in the holes intersects the free edge of the base and stops contacting it. Under the action of gravity microglass balls fall down and leave the holes in the tape. Additionally, the drop in microglass balls is accelerated due to the increased pressure from the blowing agent.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the durability of the resulting road marking during operation.
