FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended to eliminate accidents in wells associated with the extraction of dangling rods from the well. Device comprises a housing in the form of a hollow cylinder with cylindrical protrusions on the upper and lower ends. From the lower end of the lower protrusion, two longitudinal grooves are made symmetrically with the plane passing along the axis of the hollow cylinder. Through hole is drilled from the upper end of the lower lip opposite one longitudinal groove. On the threaded part of the bolt rod, protruding outward from the through hole, the nut is wrapped. On the side wall of the rod there is a wedge with an inclined wall located in the longitudinal groove of the lower protrusion, where the bolt is located. Inclined wall of the wedge from the middle part of the bolt rod is inclined at an acute angle downward relative to the side wall of the rod. Locking body is made in the form of a fixed and movable dies. In the longitudinal groove of the lower protrusion, near the bolt wedge, there is a movable die fixed from moving by two pins, pressed into the holes, one of which is drilled above the upper end of the movable die, and the other – under the lower end of this die. In another longitudinal groove there is a prismatic form a fixed die fixed from a movement in the vertical direction by a pin, pressed into the holes in this die and in the lower ledge of the housing. Movable die is made in the form of a prism with an inclined wall adjacent to the inclined wall of the wedge of the bolt rod. Groove is made from the inner vertical wall of the movable die, the bottom wall of which is located parallel to the inclined wall of the die. From the side wall of the bolt rod, above its wedge, a hole is drilled into which one end of the wire is pressed. At the same time, the other end of the wire is bent down and lies against the bottom of the groove wall of the movable die. In the hollow cylinder of the housing and in its projections there is an open pharynx under the rod, located between the longitudinal grooves of the lower hull protrusion.
