FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended to eliminate accidents in wells associated with the extraction of dangling rods from the well. Device for extracting dangling rods from a well comprises a housing and a locking body. Body is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with cylindrical protrusions at the upper and lower ends of the outer side wall. From the lower end of the hollow cylinder, two longitudinal grooves are made opposing each other. Locking body is made in the form of two dies: fixed and rotatable ones. In one longitudinal slot of the hollow cylinder there is a fixed die fixed against movement by a pin pressed into the openings made on this die and in the lower cylindrical protrusion of the hollow cylinder. In the other longitudinal groove of the hollow cylinder a rotatable die is installed, which is made with a through opening at the upper end and an inclined surface in the lower half of the inner wall. Axis passes through the opening in the swivel die and is press-fitted in two coaxial openings. These openings are made in the side wall of the hollow cylinder perpendicular to the side wall of the longitudinal groove where this die is located. In the side wall of the lower cylindrical protrusion of a hollow cylinder opposite the lower end of the rotary plate, there is a radially located threaded groove, which is provided with a bolt interacting with this die. In the hollow cylinder and its lower cylindrical protrusion between the longitudinal grooves there is an open pharynx under the bar. Device is equipped with a drive for rotation of dangling rods, which is used as a suspension pipe wrench with a hydraulic motor used for screwing and unscrewing drill pipes and tubing pipes.

EFFECT: in the proposed device operation efficiency is increased.
