FIELD: fishing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fishing devices used to eliminate accidents in wells with pipes, namely to emergency tools used to extract emergency pipes from a well, for example dangling sucker rods, by gripping them on the outside surface. Device for capturing and extracting pipes from a well comprises a body with dies, each of which has an outer conical surface, internal surface with notches and a flat wall on the bottom end, located perpendicular to its side wall. Body has a longitudinal hole and a conical surface, and from the bottom it is designed as a return funnel. Novelty is that in the transport position of the device, when the dies in the conical surface of the housing are in the lowest position, into the space, formed between the inner surfaces of the dies, plug is installed where there are notches. On the upper end of a coaxially it has positioned and fixedly connected washer resting with lower side on the upper ends of the dies. Holes are drilled on the washer, in each of which a pin is pressed, located between two adjacent dies. Outer diameter of the washer is selected smaller than the diameter of the longitudinal opening of the body. On each die, the flat wall at the bottom end, located perpendicular to the side wall of the plate, is inclined at an obtuse angle relative to top end thereof.

EFFECT: in proposed invention improves the manufacturability of the device.
