FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended to eliminate accidents in wells associated with the extraction of dangling rods from the well. Device comprises a housing in the form of a hollow cylinder with cylindrical protrusions on the upper and lower ends. From lower end of lower projection there is longitudinal groove, which cavity is interconnected with cavity of cylinder. Radial groove with short and long sidewalls is made at the section of side wall of the lower projection from the longitudinal slot. Short side wall lies in the plane passing through one side wall of the longitudinal groove. Long side wall of this slot is located perpendicular to short side wall of radial slot and lies in plane passing along axis of lower projection. Blind cylindrical recess is made from the side wall of the lower projection, perpendicular to the short side wall of the radial slot. From the bottom of this sample a coaxial hole is drilled, equipped with a bolt, the head of which is located in a blind cylindrical sample of the lower projection. Bolt is wrapped in threaded recess made at one end of prismatic wedge, arranged with possibility of movement in radial slot of lower ledge. Small end of wedge is located opposite short side wall of radial groove. Wedge has an inclined wall facing the axis of the lower ledge and located at an acute angle relative to the bolt axis. Outer wall of wedge rests against bar wall. Locking body is made in the form of two dies: fixed and movable. In the radial slot of the lower ledge, next to the wedge, there is a movable ram fixed from displacement in the form of a prism with an inclined wall adjacent to the inclined wall of the wedge. In the longitudinal groove of the lower projection there is a prismatic shape of the fixed die. From the inclined wall of the wedge a hole is drilled, in which one end of the wire is pressed. Other end of the wire is bent towards the head of the bolt and is located in the cavity of the hole drilled from the side wall of the movable plate parallel to its inclined wall. In the hollow cylinder of the body and in its cylindrical ledges there is an open yoke for the rod between fixed and movable rams and next to the head of the bolt in the blind cylindrical recess. Device is equipped with a drive for rotation of dangling rods.
EFFECT: higher operating efficiency.
