METHOD FOR EXTRACTION OF THERMAL ENERGY IN OIL DEPOSIT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21B43/24

Abstract RU 2683452 C1

FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of alternative energy sources and can be used, for example, for heating of buildings and structures, heating of inlet ventilation air, production of domestic hot water. According to the method oil is extracted at the oil deposit by means of a heat pump. Inlet of this pump is connected to the pipeline placed in the medium for heat exchange. Pump outlet is connected to heat distribution system to consumer. Heat energy is lost in rocks surrounding high-viscosity oil reservoir. Said formation is developed by combined thermo-ladle method by pumping superheated steam to reservoir with steam generator installations through gallery of underground wells drilled from surface of section of developed deposit. As medium for heat exchange there used is soil layer with height of up to 100 m located above formation. Heat pump is installed on the ground surface within the section of the developed deposit. Above activation zone of oil formation heating the vertical well is drilled at depth from 30 to 100 m. In this well U-shaped pipeline is installed, which acts as heat exchanger. Selection and conversion of low-potential heat from soil to high temperature level is carried out by heat transfer through a closed-type heat exchanger with liquid non-freezing heat carrier. Heat exchanger is connected to the heat pump evaporator circuit.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in heat energy efficiency.
