FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a diffusing substrate for a device having an organic light-emitting diode. Vitreous material of the following composition is applied to one of the sides of a glass sheet, wt. %: Bi2O3 65–85, B2O3 5–12, SiO2 6–20, MgO+ZnO 2–9.5, Al2O3 0–7 %, Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0–5, CaO 0.5–5, BaO 0–20, CaO+MgO 0.5–4. Glass transition temperature Tg of the glass lies in the range of 440–480 °C.
EFFECT: high chemical resistance to acids, refractive index, reduced difference between the thermal expansion coefficients of glass and glass frit, low glass transition temperature, reduced tendency to devitrification.
