SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a laminated material for light emitting devices and a method for manufacturing the same. Said laminate for light emitting devices includes a glass substrate having potassium, or a glass substrate coated with an inorganic layer containing potassium and an internal light extraction layer formed from a glass frit on the glass substrate. Said inner light extraction layer includes an interface void layer at interface with the glass substrate or the inorganic layer. Above laminate of the present invention is characterized by the presence of an interface void layer that causes light scattering to increase the external light output by minimizing the light loss at the interface between the substrate and the internal light extraction layer.
EFFECT: said laminate of the present invention is suitable for the fields of optical devices, such as organic light emitting diodes, backlighting, light industry, etc.
