FIELD: control system; wireless communication technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of managing wireless resources. Evaluating, by a relay device, communication quality relating to communication between a content transfer device and a wireless terminal, relay device is placed on a communication channel between a wireless base station and a content transmission device which transmits content via a wireless base station to a wireless terminal. Relay device generates control information for controlling wireless resource allocation for a wireless terminal based on communication quality to inform the wireless base station of control information. Wireless base station is controlled by wireless resource allocation for wireless terminal based on control information, at that, at the stage, at which quality of communication is assessed, quality of communication is evaluated by means of at least any of the following: first quality of communication between relay device and wireless terminal and second quality of communication between content transmitting device and relay device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of possibility to control wireless resources for wireless terminal, which can reach required quality of communication from one to other end.
