System for automatic creation of scenario video clip with preset object or group of objects presence in frame with possibility of automatic creation of scenario video clip with preset object or group of objects presence in frame contains: shooting unit; information storage module; a unit for identifying a given object or group of objects in primary video data; unit for inputting information on a given object or group of objects for identification thereof; wherein system further comprises: a unit for extracting relevant video data with preset object or group of objects presence in frame; a unit for processing relevant video data; at least one scenario template, including a set of data for operation of the capturing unit, extraction unit and processing unit; wherein the information storage module further includes a storage unit for storing the relevant video data, a template pattern storage unit and a scenario video clip storage unit.

EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities of video surveillance system to enable creation of scenario video with presence in frame of specified object or group of objects.
