FIELD: waste collection, transportation and accounting.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a system for complex automation of the processes of collection, transportation and accounting of the amount of waste from places of primary accumulation and to a method using this system. The system comprises a video data download module 1, a video data processing module 2, a data storage module 3, an administrator terminal 4, an operator terminal 5, a reporting module 6, an external access module 7, a training data preparation module 8, a training module 9, and a training terminal 10. Video data download module 1 contains an input intended for wireless reception of video recordings from DVRs 11 of garbage trucks. The video data processing module 2 contains an input connected to the first output of the video data download module 1 . The input of the data storage module 3 is designed to receive, via wireless communication channels, the current geodetic coordinates of garbage trucks from their on-board receivers of the signal of global positioning systems, and the first input-output is connected to the first input-output of the video data processing module 2. The administrator terminal 4 contains the first input/output connected to the second input/output of the data storage module 3, the second input/output connected to the second input/output of the video data processing module 2, and the third input/output connected to the input/output of the download module 1 video data. The terminal 5 operator contains the first input-output connected to the third input-output module 3 data storage. The reporting module 6 contains an input connected to the output of the data storage module 3, and the input-output is connected to the second input-output of the operator's terminal 5. The external access module 7 contains the first input-output connected to the fourth input-output of the data storage module 3, the second input-output connected to the third input-output of the operator terminal 5, and the third and fourth inputs-outputs intended for data exchange, respectively, with terminals for 12 garbage truck drivers and with terminals for 13 customers. The training data preparation module 8 contains an input connected to the second output of the video data download module 1. The learning module 9 includes an input connected to the output of the training data preparation module 8 and a first input/output connected to the third input/output of the video data processing module 2. The learning terminal 10 includes first and second inputs/outputs connected respectively to the second inputs/outputs of the training module 9 and the input/output of the training data preparation module 8.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of accounting for the volume of waste removed, simplifying the process of installing an on-board monitoring system for garbage trucks, expanding the model range of garbage trucks integrated into the system, improving the accuracy of billing customers - owners of containers and increasing their awareness of the process and volume of waste removed.
