SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for creating a scenario video clip. System comprises a capturing unit which includes a primary video data recording device, an information storage module including a unit for storing primary video data, a unit for identifying a given object or group of objects in primary video data, unit for inputting information on a given object or group of objects for identification thereof, unit for extracting relevant video data with presence in a frame of a given object or group of objects, a unit for processing relevant video data, a scenario template including a set of data for operation of the capturing unit, a unit for extracting relevant video data and a unit for processing relevant video data, wherein each primary video data recording device from the capturing unit operates according to the scenario template data, wherein the relevant video data extraction unit includes software, which enables to cut video clips with presence of a predetermined object in the frame from primary video data by the marks set by the identification unit and the script template data, wherein the relevant video data processing unit includes software which enables to generate scenario video clips using the relevant data generated by the extraction unit and the script template data, the information storage module further includes a storage unit for storing relevant video data, a unit for storing scenario templates, a unit for storing scenario video clips, a stationary shooting area with an additional identification unit, a movable shooting area from a given motion path, with an additional identification unit.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling automatic creation of scenario video clip with preset object presence in frame.
