FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic devices, in particular to amplifiers. Technical result is achieved due to a push-pull operational amplifier with a current feedback with high gain and an extended bandwidth, which contains the main amplification unit, the load of which is the two Wilson current reflectors containing the active frequency-phase correction circuits on the capacitors. Additionally, it introduced two controlled current sources on transistors VT4 and VT8 to set the reduced power consumption mode of the load transistors VT3 (VT5) in the static mode. Further expansion of the bandwidth in the small signal mode is provided by introducing two passive frequency-correcting circuits R2-R3-C3 and R5-R6-C4, which additionally remove the emission in the phase-frequency response.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the transimpedance, increase the voltage gain and increase the stability of the amplifier without increasing the capacitance of the correction capacitor.
