FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. Proposed lollipop consists of edible and non-edible parts. Edible part contains a cased iris and a second cased edible substance in addition to the said iris, which forms a filler which is completely enclosed into the said iris. Second edible substance consists of a confectionary substance. Inedible part consists of stick. Fat content ranges from 15 % to 25 % of said iris. Said iris has a first solid smooth texture which allows the consumer to lick the candy on the stick during the first portion of consumption, and said second edible substance has a second soft texture, which is manifested during consumption after said first texture and allows consumer to bite and separate parts of candy on stick during next stages of consumption. Besides, complete filling of filler from confectionary substance into toffee mass on stick prevents leakage of filler and prevents probability of dirtiness to consumer.
EFFECT: invention provides the consumer with a double organoleptic sensation when using lollipops.
