FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of candy with filling making includes the following stages: a) production of at least one mass of cooked candy composition; b) formation from the cooked candy composition of a hollow cord; c) cord cavity filling with solid eatable composition in form of particles containing chocolate core. Said particles are produced by the method including production of the particles containing chocolate, production of high-melting composition, coating of the chocolate particles containing chocolate with high-melting composition; d) if necessary, cord cut to pieces of required weight; e) rods insertion in the cord of its pieces through candy area, and at least partially in are with filling; f) stamping of the cord or its pieces to candies with chocolate containing area surrounded by the external candy area, at that the candy composition temperature at stages a)-f) is above 40°C, but below 90°C; g) candies cooling.
EFFECT: invention improves quality of the finished product.
