FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for deposition of filler into shell. One proposes a method for production of a confectionary product containing filler, in particular a chocolate confectionary product containing filler by way of a modified one-step method for deposition of filler and coating material into a preliminarily produced shell. Additionally one may consider the modified one-step method for deposition of edible filler and edible coating material into an edible shell previously produced. The filler may include water-based and fat-based fillers. The edible shell and the edible coating material may be produced of chocolate, candy, caramel, toffee or similar edible materials. The one-step depositing-and-moulding machine deposits the edible filler and the edible coating material into the edible shell essentially simultaneously. The edible filler is confined into the edible shell while the edible coating material forms a coating at the open end of the edible shell to produce confectionary products containing filler.

EFFECT: invention allows to apply various kinds of fillers in chocolate shells without detriment to the method effectiveness.
