FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning gases and vapors from impurities of undesirable components and can be used in oil refining, gas processing, chemical, food and other industries. Annular adsorber comprises cylindrical housing, cover and bottom, thread inlet and outlet unions, annular adsorption basket located inside housing and consisting of coaxial vertical outer and inner perforated cylinders with adsorbent-filled space between them, cylinders are limited by bottom lower solid plate from below, conjugated by outer circumference with outer perforated cylinder and inner circumference with flow inlet nozzle, and restricted from above by upper solid plate conjugated with housing, inner and outer perforated cylinders, respectively, to form central input channel of streams, wherein the lower solid plate is made in the form of a disc, by conjugating the outer circumference with the outer perforated cylinder, and the space of the annular adsorption basket is divided along the height of the layer into identical sections, wherein the odd additional solid plates are made in the form of annular plates conjugated by the outer circle with the housing and the inner circle with the inner perforated cylinder, and even – in the form of disc plates, conjugated with outer circumference with external perforated cylinder.
EFFECT: invention increases operating adsorbent activity of the adsorbent by improving the design of the apparatus, providing increased capacity of the adsorber on the cleaned gas or gas cleaning depth with preservation of the adsorber dimensions or resource saving due to reduction of the adsorber dimensions with preservation of the adsorber capacity by gas and its cleaning depth.
