GRAPHENIC CARBON PARTICLE CO-DISPERSIONS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C01B32/194 B82B3/00 B82Y40/00

Abstract RU 2683747 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of conductive ink and coatings. In the method, graphene carbon particle co-dispersion contains a solvent, at least one polymeric dispersant having a polymer head and a polymer tail with a hydrophilic and hydrophobic part and at least two types of graphene carbon particles co-dispersed in the solvent and the polymer dispersant. To obtain said dispersion, various types of graphene carbon particles are co-dispersed in a solvent containing a polymeric dispersant. Said dispersion contains graphene particles obtained during the heat treatment process, in the amount of 4-40 wt. % of the total number of graphene carbon particles. Further, the mass ratio of graphene carbon particles to the polymer dispersant is from 1:10 to 10:1. Also said dispersion may contain at least one film-forming resin.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a cured coating deposited from specified co-dispersion, with improved electrical conductivity - at least 1 S/m or at least 20,000 S/m.
