PLANT FOR RECUPERATION AND REUSE OF CONTROL GASES DURING A LEAK TEST OF PRODUCTS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01M3/02 

FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to plants for recuperation and reuse of control gases during leak tests of products. Plant includes line (1) for draining gas from the volume of a product at the end of a test and line (2) for feeding recuperated control gas into the volume of the product during repeated test. Drain line (1) consists of two parallel lines: line (3) with series-installed compressor (4) and first storage tank (5) and line (8) with series-installed vacuum transfer pump (9) and second storage tank (10) connected by valves. Volume of first storage tank (5) communicates via valves, pressure regulator (24), filter (26) and adsorber (25) with compressed gas supply line (2) into the volume of the product. Inside second storage tank (10) sealed elastic "bag" (15) is mounted, to the volume of which valves there are connected line (8) from an exhaust pipe of transfer vacuum pump (9) and line (3) communicating hermetic sealed "bag" (15) with inlet nozzle of compressor (4) of line (1). Volume of first storage tank (5) is communicated with line (38) of gas inlet into compressor (4) by pipeline with bypass valve (36). Volume between the shell of second storage tank (10) and the shell of sealed elastic “bag” (15) is connected through valves to the compressed air supply line to this volume. Sensitive contact sensors (32) are installed on inner walls of second storage tank (10).

EFFECT: possibility of use in leak tests of products having large internal volumes, with relatively high pressures of control gas.
