FIELD: pumps testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for testing and researching the characteristics of pumps, pumping units and their systems. The universal stand consists of separate systems, each placed on an individual metal platform with swivel wheels and stoppers of their rotation. The vacuum generation system, the working fluid purification system, the test pump 1 with pressure and suction hydraulic lines, and the elastic polymer reservoir 5 are interconnected by hydraulic flexible metal hoses. Control over the testing process of products is carried out according to the readings of the pressure sensor 10, the excess pressure sensor 14, the flow sensors 16 and 20, the temperature sensor 11, the speed sensor 4, the frequency converter 3, the control unit 12. The test result is presented in the form of a protocol and graphic dependencies on the display unit 53.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at expanding the functionality of the stand by testing in a wide range of deliveries of the tested pumps in an automated mode, to provide the possibility of testing directly on the installed technical facility.
