SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of high-speed transport systems and can be used in the construction of railway tunnels on high-speed railway lines. Tunnel contains a system for creating air rarefaction in front of moving rolling stock, made in the form of through channels located in precast concrete blocks of the tunnel lining perpendicular to the transverse edges of the blocks and coaxially to each other, inside which air tubes made of composite material are installed. At the same time, the channel openings are evenly spaced on the inside of the precast concrete lining blocks of the tunnel throughout the tunnel cross section in the transverse direction and staggered in the longitudinal direction along the axis of the tunnel, starting from the rail head level to the lock lining block.

EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of harmful aerodynamic effects on reducing the speed of high-speed rolling stock and the internal objects of the tunnel infrastructure in railway tunnels on high-speed railway lines.
