FIELD: subway construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of subway construction, in particular to the construction of single-vault deep subway stations constructed by a closed method of work. A single-vault deep subway station with support tunnels, constructed by a closed method of work, contains a lining consisting of the upper and reverse vaults of the station, based on monolithic concrete supports placed in the support tunnels. The station lining is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, the upper vault of the station lining is two-layer, each layer rests on monolithic concrete supports placed in the supporting tunnels, the first layer of the vault is constructed using microtunnelling technology in the form of interconnected pipes filled with reinforced concrete. The second layer of the upper vault is made of monolithic reinforced concrete using formwork. The reverse vault of the station lining is made of monolithic reinforced concrete using formwork, while a waterproofing layer is provided between the layers of the upper vault of the station lining, an island passenger platform and rail track structures are located in the station section.
EFFECT: reducing the settlement of the day surface of the earth for the construction of load-bearing structures of a deep underground metro station without stopping the operation of the ground infrastructure, as well as ensuring the safety of construction and the reliability of operation of the metro station.
