SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to air conditioning technology, and more specifically to a method and apparatus for unlocking an air conditioning plant and a server. Air conditioning system unlocking method includes the following stages: when the server receives the first identification information and the installation information from the mobile terminal, performing the first identification information verification based on the installation information, wherein, when the mobile terminal receives the installation information relating to the air conditioning installation, the mobile terminal displays the corresponding identification information input interface based on the installation information, so that user enters first identification information into input interface, and when mobile terminal receives first identification information, this mobile terminal sends first identification information and installation information to server; sending, by means of a server, an unlocking command to an air conditioning plant corresponding to the installation information, when the first identification information is verified such that the air conditioning unit performs an unlocking operation corresponding to the unlocking instruction.
EFFECT: this allows preventing unauthorized operator, which does not guarantee quality of service, may cause unavoidable damages to air conditioning plant during maintenance.
