SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and apparatus for authorised personal recognition with a reference point and to a server. To realise the technical result, reception of a recognition request sent by the service terminal is provided. The recognition request contains information about the terminal and information about the biological characteristics of the living body of the target object; the information about the terminal contains the trade number of the terminal and information about the location of the terminal; the confirmed user of at least one service terminal is determined in accordance with the information about the terminal and information about the biological characteristics of each confirmed user is obtained, wherein the confirmed user and the service terminal are in direct or indirect authorisation correlation; and the personal recognition is completed in accordance with the information about the biological characteristics of the living body of the target object and the information about the biological characteristics of each confirmed user.

EFFECT: simplification and effectiveness of personal recognition; security of personal recognition is also effectively increased.
