FIELD: evaporators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inlet feeder (2) for a tubular evaporator of a thermal installation operating on a two-phase refrigerant. Evaporator comprises diffusion grid (20) and a generally conical distributor centred on axis (X30), having top (34) and a base fixed on the diffusion grid, directed respectively to inlet side (162) and to the output side of manifold (2). Manifold also comprises element (16) in which a truncated cone hole (182) is centres on axis (X30) of the distributor, surrounding said distributor. Cross-section (S18) of a smaller surface area of said hole (182) faces inlet side (162) of manifold (2). Top (34) of distributor (30) protrudes from truncated conical hole (18) of insert (16) towards the input by a non-zero distance (d).
EFFECT: technical result is to obtain more uniform distribution of the two phases of the fluid in the channels of the evaporator.
