SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical analysis and can be used for quantitative determination of piperidine derivatives (a group of butyrophenones), namely, haloperidol, haloperidol decanoate, trifluperadol, diclonin, ebastin, fluanisin, tolperisone, droperidol, benzperidol and oxcarbazepine in the substances. Method for quantitative determination of piperidine derivatives (a group of butyrophenones) consisting in dissolving the analyzed sample at room temperature and stirring until complete dissolution, processing aliquot part of prepared solution with chemical reagents with subsequent photoelectromeasurement of obtained colored solutions, quantitative determination of target substance on calibration curves, is characterized by that, that exact weighed portions of haloperidol, haloperidol decanoate, trifluperadol, diclonin, ebastin, fluanisin, tolperisone, droperidol, benzperidol and oxcarbazepine are dissolved in methanol, solution is treated with 0.1 % solution of methanol anthrone in concentrated hydrochloric acid, maintained till stable coloring appears, photo electric colorimetry is carried out at wave length 590 nm.

EFFECT: invention can be used for quantitative determination of piperidine derivatives.
