FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a washer fluid heating device. Device comprises: a closing part attached to one end of a container and facing a washer fluid receiving cavity; heating means, which comprises a housing having a proximal end part attached to the closing part and extending into the receiving cavity, and a heating unit disposed in the housing for heating the washer fluid in said receiving cavity through the housing; and a detection device for detecting a state of absence of washer fluid when heating is turned on, resulting from a reduction in the amount of washer fluid in the receiving cavity. Detection device is placed in the housing and is located on the side of the proximal end part of the housing from the heating block.

EFFECT: fast detection of absence of washer fluid with switched-on heating.
