FIELD: smoking devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking instrument. Smoking instrument (500) configured to heat a solid tobacco material (100) to evaporate of at least one component thereof, wherein the smoking instrument (500) comprises a mobile charging part (400) located in a first shell (401) and containing a first battery (410) and a first charging connector (420) electrically connected with the first battery (410), a smoking apparatus (300) located in the second shell (301) separate from the first shell (401), wherein the smoking apparatus (300) comprises a second battery (310) electrically connected with the data processing unit (315) and the second charging connector (320) configured to be electrically connected with the first charging connector (420), a receiving structure (330) configured to receive the solid smoking material (100) and to allow for extraction thereof, and a heater (340) configured to heat the solid smoking material (100) placed within the receiving structure (330), wherein the data processing unit (315) is configured to provide the heater (340) with power accumulated in the first battery (410) in the state wherein the first and second charging connectors (420, 320) are electrically connected, the second shell (301) comprises at least a first and a second shell parts (302, 303) together forming a second shell (301), wherein the first shell part (302) comprises a receiving structure (330), a heater (340) and a second battery (310), and the second shell part (303) comprises a hole (335) through which the solid smoking material (100) can be extractably inserted into the receiving structure (330), and a closing mechanism (336) configured to controllably close and open the hole (335) when the closing mechanism (336) is accordingly actuated.

EFFECT: possibility of drawing the smoke directly from the heated tobacco stick when said stick is heated, so that the smoke entering the mouth of the consumer has a set temperature, and preventing the ingress of dirt into the hole by closing the hole when the tobacco stick is not inserted, is provided.
