FIELD: sewerage.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in use of sewage pipes and shaped parts to them, GOST 22689.2-89, built-in sewage system of check valve (4), reservoir (9) for collection of waste water, equipped with drain into sewage system through shutoff valve (7) and sensor (12) presence of water, devices for pouring waste water into sewer when operation of check valve (4) and excluding sewage water from entering tank (9) when sewage system operation in normal mode, an alarm system which converts water sensor (12) signal into a cellular communication message sent to the control company dispatcher station.
EFFECT: prevention of flooding of the apartment building cellar by municipal sewage water.
