FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: safe building consists of a reinforced concrete prefabricated monolithic frame with girderless slabs, a glass outer barrier. The outer barrier and the wall form an air heliochamber. The building comprises a cellular system of adjacent air heliochambers arranged outside the building along its perimetre and resting against its own foundation, and also anti-seismic belts at the level of the first floor and at the level of slabs. The first floor is arranged with ramps for entry and exit of vehicles. A stair-elevator unit of the building is equipped with a separate entrance with a ramp access for wheelchairs. The building comprises a special passage for entry and exit of vehicles, which is closed at both sides by automatic gates, arranged near a street entrance into the stair-elevator unit room, equipped with a separate entrance via a separating wall between adjacent premises.
