FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to operative traumatology and implantology, and can be used for studying integration of osteotropic materials, their participation in reparative processes of bone tissue. A knee joint is incised. Intramedullary canal of femur and tibia ipsilateral posterior extremity of animal is transligamented. In canal is implanted to examine the osteotropic material in the form of pins. Effort Kocher clamps are created ipsilateral fracture of femur and contralateral fracture of tibia.
EFFECT: method enables reconstructing the physiological repair of bone tissue with subsequent evaluation of integration of osteotropic materials at reducing intraoperative injuries by using intramedullary ante- and retrograde introduction of osteotropic materials.
