FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to modeling in traumatology and implantology, and can be used to create a model for a comprehensive study of the integration of osteotropic materials in an experiment. An experimental bone model is created on guinea pigs. An incision is made in the area of the lateral condyle of the femur and the medial condyle of the tibia. Channels in the condyles of the femur and tibia are formed. The studied osteotropic material is implanted into the channels in the form of parallelepipeds with a width of 1.01 mm and length of 3.5 mm. Then, from the anatomical landmark - the large trochanter of the femur, 1 cm is retreated towards the knee joint and a vertical incision is made. From a single access, an intermuscular bed is formed and the studied osteotropic material is implanted in the form of disks with a diameter of 3.5 mm and a height of 0.2 mm, placing it in the thigh area, in the intermuscular tissue and under its own fascia.
EFFECT: method provides low traumatism, recreates the physiological repair of bone tissue, makes it possible to evaluate the integration properties of implanted materials and their impact on the body through the use of minimally invasive approaches in the condyles.
