SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses the washing machine 1 balancing ring 2, comprising the annular channel 11, in which a viscous liquid and plurality of spheres 12 made with possibility of rolling along the channel 11 are located, wherein the channel 11 inner wall 110 is provided with plurality of fins 14. When spheres 12 are rolling in channel 11 at high speed, during the spheres 12 passage of fins 14, the gaps between spheres 12 and channel 11 are decreasing. That is why the adsorbed near the fins 14 the viscous fluid damping force increases and quickly absorbs the spheres 12 kinetic energy relative to the channel 11, thus eliminating the spheres 12 interaction noise. Present invention also discloses the washing machine 1 with the balancing ring 2.
