FIELD: hydro acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydroacoustics and is intended for the simultaneous recognition of all objects observed in the sectoral survey of noise direction. Claimed method of the panoramic classification of noise objects includes receiving a sonar noise signal by a multi-element antenna, forming a plurality of spatial channels in the viewing sector (horizontal directions) and performing frequency-temporal processing of the signal in each spatial channel independently with the formation of at least two frequency ranges and determining the signal-to-interference ratio in each of the generated frequency bands. When frequency-time processing of a signal in each spatial channel after the formation of frequency bands is performed, the amplitude envelopes of the signal in each of the frequency bands are extracted, the amplitude envelope spectra are formed, detect harmonics of the spectrum exceeding the continuous part, measure the total power of the detected harmonics in each of the frequency bands. On the indicator, several graphic fragments with the same coordinate system are formed: the horizontal direction is the time. Color of each spatial channel (direction) is formed for each graphic fragment based on the value of the signal-to-interference ratio for the first fragment and on the basis of the values of the total harmonic power of the amplitude envelope spectrum for the second and subsequent fragments. Indicate the received color information on graphic fragments depending on time with formation of color traces of objects. Class of all observable objects is determined by the color of their traces on the set of fragments.

EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous classification of all objects observed in the field of the survey of noise-direction-finding, using a set of classification parameters.
