SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to hydroacoustics and is intended for displaying results of noise emission signal processing and recognition of hydroacoustic objects. In order to achieve the declared technical result in the method comprising receiving a noise emission signal by a multichannel hydroacoustic antenna with a static fan of directional characteristics (CN), converting the received signal into a digital form and successive in time sets for transmitting for processing, spectral analysis of each time realization at the output of each spatial channel based on Fourier transform, displaying signal level on display screen, real and imaginary parts of spectrum corresponding to acquired time interval are selected after Fourier transform, real and imaginary parts of spectrum of acquired time interval are stored, repeating determination in each subsequent time interval of a set of sampled readings and memorizing real and imaginary parts, performing summation of real parts of spectrum and imaginary parts of spectrum in acquired time intervals, squaring sum of real parts of spectrum, squaring sum of imaginary parts of spectrum, for determining energy spectrum, adding squared summed real and imaginary parts, extracting square root and determining amplitude spectrum of signal, after which frequency bands are formed on each spatial channel, the signal level is measured in each frequency range, and the obtained amplitude spectra of the signal are output in each frequency range for display on the indicator.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is displaying on the indicator of spectra of noise emission signals of real objects having a deterministic component, and excluding the display of spectra of random sources of noise emission by increasing the signal/noise ratio.
