Unified distribution system of electronic textbooks includes: a web-server of a supervising organization, comprising a database and configured to control access to said database and control distribution of electronic textbooks between educational institutions, server of publishing house and educational institution, made with possibility to receive meta-description of electronic textbooks from web-server of supervising organization, as well as made with possibility to send data on order of electronic textbooks and on student's progress on web-server of supervising organization, said database contains: module "Meta-descriptions of electronic textbooks", unit "Bibliographic data of electronic textbooks", unit "Number of electronic textbook orders", wherein said database is configured to store control copies of electronic textbooks and merging information of all meta descriptions of electronic textbooks transmitted from the publisher into said module of "Meta descriptions of electronic textbooks".
