FIELD: essential oils industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the essential oil industry. Method of producing rose essential oil involves fermentation of rose blossoms with essential oil, hydrodistillation, condensation of vapors of essential oil and water, decantation of essential rose oil. Fermentation is carried out in electrically activated liquid, which is obtained by electrolysis of 10 % aqueous NaCl solution, with current intensity of 0.5–0.6 A, voltage of 36 W and fluid flow rate in anode and cathode zones of 5–10 cm3/h, with pH=11–14 with respect to 2.5–3.0 parts by weight of solution per part of flowers and held for 60–120 minutes with stirring and temperature of 45–50 °C, and decantation is carried out in an electric field with supply of direct electric current of 0.5–0.6 A and voltage of 36 W until complete separation.
EFFECT: invention increases decantation degree of rose essential oil and distillation water.
